Docket: FBT-CV25-6150363-S (Bridgeport).

Status: LIVE. Plaintiff’s lawyers were allowed to withdraw on September 23, 2026; the court set a report-back date of November 23, 2026.

Parties. Plaintiff Crossroads Enterprise Northeast, Inc. of Hopewell Junction, N.Y. Defendants Healy Construction Services, Inc. (an Illinois general contractor), the property owners GF 130 Honeyspot Road, LLC, M&L Wanderlust II, LLC and M&L Wanderlust IV, LLC, and, added later, C3 EJV II, LLC.

What the complaint says. Crossroads says it worked for Healy from October 2024 to February 2025 on the project at 130 Honeyspot Road, Stratford, supplying framing, drywall, millwork, shoring, siding and painting, and was not paid. It recorded a mechanic’s lien and sued to foreclose it and for breach of contract.

What happened. Filed September 4, 2025 with a lis pendens. Healy answered in November 2025 with special defenses, a counterclaim against Crossroads and cross-claims against the owners. The owners answered and moved to discharge the mechanic’s lien; Judge Dale Radcliffe granted that motion November 24, 2025 and entered an order on the discharge in January 2026. Healy was allowed to implead a third party and in April 2026 served a third-party complaint on C3 EJV II, LLC, the Fine Fettle-affiliated equity joint venture. C3 was defaulted for failing to plead in June 2026, then moved to dismiss Healy’s cross-complaint and third-party complaint; it withdrew those motions in July 2026 and answered with special defenses and a counterclaim. Healy replied in August 2026. Crossroads’ own lawyers moved to withdraw in July, August and September 2026; the court granted the withdrawal September 23, 2026.

Status. Live. Crossroads is currently without counsel of record. The court has a report-back date of November 23, 2026.
