Docket: FBT-CV26-6160106-S (Bridgeport).

Status: CLOSED. Withdrawn by the plaintiff on September 17, 2026.

Parties. Plaintiff All Electric Construction & Communication, LLC of Milford. Defendants SLH Connecticut, LLC (the owner), Turner Mechanical Services, Inc., Mosaic Construction, LLC (the general contractor) and M. Gottfried, Inc.

What the complaint says. All Electric recorded a $776,033 mechanic’s lien on February 13, 2026 against the Stratford property where SLH was building a cannabis facility, naming Mosaic and SLH, and sued to foreclose it.

What happened. Filed May 15, 2026. Mosaic answered in July 2026; All Electric moved for default against Turner Mechanical and M. Gottfried for failing to plead, and Gottfried then answered. On September 17, 2026 All Electric withdrew the entire action.

Status. Closed by withdrawal. The docket does not state why; the related Mosaic Construction foreclosure (FBT-CV26-6164394-S), which names All Electric as a defendant, remains pending.
