Connecticut CannaTimes asked the Department of Consumer Protection on June 30, 2026 for records of the negotiation of the cannabis compact between the State and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, signed June 16, 2026 and announced June 18, 2026. DCP released 112 files in October 2026 and withheld 56 items under a privilege log. The production is published here in five folders by record type, exactly as received; three released emails that quote the request letter itself are not published because they identify the requester. File names carry DCP’s own numbering (001.001 to 110.001).
