House Republican leaders' letter objecting to the compact (June 22, 2026)

Letter from House Republican Leader Vincent Candelora and Rep. David Rutigliano to Governor Lamont and legislative leaders expressing "deep disappointment" with the compact: an uneven playing field for state licensees, tax exemptions for tribal entities, statewide delivery provisions, and the lack of legislative review. Part of the DCP production released in response to a Connecticut CannaTimes FOIA request; published as received, without CannaTimes redactions. The Bates-style number in the file name is DCP's.
