DCP privilege log for the Pequot compact FOIA production

DCP's log of records withheld from the production: 27 internal emails, messages and attachments on draft compacts (April 2025–June 2026); 3 external emails with Mashantucket Pequot counsel and the Governor's office; 3 draft press-release items; 22 internal emails with the Attorney General's office regarding litigation (Oct. 2025–April 2026); and 1 email with the Cannabis Regulators Association regarding litigation. Claimed grounds: attorney-client privilege and work product; drafts. Part of the DCP production released in response to a Connecticut CannaTimes FOIA request; published as received, without CannaTimes redactions. The Bates-style number in the file name is DCP's.
