Why? The state expected $44.6M in tax revenue, but sales aren’t meeting projections. Instead of fixing the system, they want to force all cannabis users into the taxed market by destroying home grow and cracking down on small operators.

This won’t work! Restricting access drives people back to the black market, meaning even LESS tax revenue for the state.

The solution? Lower taxes, expand access, and protect home-grow rights. A free, fair cannabis market is what actually works!

Take Action! Tell lawmakers to kill HB7181 and protect consumer rights!
