Revised Notice and Particulars: DCP charges MCEJV, LLC (Affinity Grow) over tracking-system entries and missing residual-solvent testing, Case 2025-978

The Department of Consumer Protection's revised charging document in Case 2025-978, summoning MCEJV, LLC to a December 8, 2026 hearing to show cause why its cannabis establishment licence should not be revoked or suspended. Incident 1 alleges the company represented five unrelated cannabis sublots in the state seed-to-sale tracking system as originating from a single CAP JUNKY batch, which the Department says it disproved by reviewing surveillance footage on July 1, 2025. Incident 2 names 78 gummy products registered between September 19, 2024 and December 18, 2025 that the Department says were registered as made with a solvent but not tested for residual solvents. All allegations are disputed and no decision has been made.
