Form ETH-3 is the annual Statement of Financial Interests that C.G.S. § 1-83 requires of legislators and designated state officials. It lists sources of income over $1,000, business interests, securities, real property, leases with the state and gifts for the filer and immediate family for the prior calendar year, by category rather than amount.
